Pattinson Brothers Engineering
With 40 Tonne Lifting Capacity

The Original Concept...

It was in 1856 when Peter & Thomas Pattinson founded the company and from that time on it has undergone many changes.

The initial product was the manufacture of small forging hammers produced for and supplied to the cutlery industry, some of which are still in use and there is a bench model in the Kelham Island Museum in Sheffield.

Today, whilst there is still some connection with the forging industry, the principle business is now the machining of various sizes of castings and fabrications for a variety of uses and weighing up to 40 tonnes.
