Precision Engineers

Our Sheffield based machine shop has a range of both Manual Machines and CNC Machines.

We have a range of Manual, large capacity machines including Kearns Richard Horizontal Borers along with Union 125 and our Asquith Floor Borer with 9 metre travel together with our Vertical Borer range including Schiess, Niles and Webster Bennett Vertical Borers Along with a Butler 21″ slotter and Dean Smith and Grace Centre Lathes Turning.

Our CNC machines include a Butler 3 axis Milling Machine, an XYZ Milling Machine and a Victor Lathe.

Complete Service and Repair

We can also undertake the service and repair of your engineering parts, including the strip down, inspection and repair/rebuild.

Castings and Fabrications

With the casting facilities available at our sister company, Brass Founders Sheffield, along with our parent company, Europa Engineering Ltd, we can offer a full package from Design and Fabrication through to finish machining.
